Our Owner and Managing Director, Mr Robin Tan has over 20 years’ experience in executive search and HR Staffing.

A graduate with an Honours degree in Biological Sciences from the National University of Singapore, he is also equipped with a Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the Singapore Institute of Management. From here, it had been a natural calling for him to utilize his combined recruitment expertise, and to specialize in the Biomedical and R&D sectors in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region.

Mr Tan’s career had culminated after rewarding stints in Price Waterhouse Management Consultants, Baxter Healthcare, Ernst & Young Consultants, Dell Computer Asia, and Korn/Ferry International. His last role was as Managing Director of a US search firm and Head of their Life Sciences Practice for over 6 years. Robin was instrumental in setting up their Life Sciences Practice in 2003, which gained significant industry and peer recognition.
